OnTRAC: offers three engagement levels to suit your needs, and can be customized to assist companies and research institutions, alike--commercializing technologies at all maturity levels.
Each OnTRAC: engagement begins with clearly defining each client’s desired goals and commercialization gaps.
The next integral step of the OnTRAC: program is the appointment of the most suited Entrepreneur-In-Residence (EIR) or business mentor. An experienced business executive, the EIR or mentor implements NIREC’s proven approach, guides your team through the challenges of building a business and opens the door to NIREC’s powerful national innovation network.
