The Entrepreneurial Mentor Corps (EMC) is a pilot program for clean energy startups. It was created through a partnership between the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E).
NIREC is one of four regional accelerators that are identifying and matching mentors with 100 clean energy startups, to help them quickly grow their revenue, create jobs, and attract outside financing while avoiding pitfalls that frequently challenge startups.
